There has been many rumors about secret things on San Andreas, The one your looking for is not a cheat. Your probably looking for modded characters, which cannot be established on the PlayStation 2 or Xbox. If you have a PC version of GTA San Andreas, you can download certain mods and use them freely. Other words, I cannot help you here..Unless you were talking about pedestrians attacking you, then heres the cheat for PS2 Down, Up, Up, Up, X, R2, R1, L2, L2
