    Anything that you have purchased you have the legal right to make backups for you own personal use. See the link below reguarding fair use laws.

    Yes and No

    Yes: If you originally purchased the DVD and wish to make a duplicate of it in case you lose the original.

    No. If you did not purchases and copy it and/or resale the copy for profit.

    it doesnt matter if u just burn em for urself or give em away ist still illegal either way u put it
