Does anybody know ways to get passed defenders without using the cross-over?

Use screens. Or use the give and go. Pass the ball, lose your defender, and get it back.

watch their feet get them moving side ways and when they take a step, right before the plant, burst by them to the hoop it works best in one on one situations.
