Has anyone use Vonage and is it worth getting? Is there a 'catch' to subscribing to that?
I currently use my cell phone because at least I know how much I am paying for a month. But, with 'house' phones, they want too much. I heard a Vonage commercial for $20+ a month (as well as IDT over here in Jersey). Is it worth it? Please let me know. Thanks!

I haven't used Vonage. However, VOIP phone service is good. I have had it for about 6 months now.
Vonage is over priced though. Sunrocket and Packet8 are cheaper.

It will give you several VOIP providers that are cheaper than Vonage. It also includes several that offer free phones or adapteres.

I have it no problems at all, it's actually good.
The only thing which might be a problem is that ........ it may slow down your internet speed.
but again i m not positive on that one, so....other than that it's awsome
