Who watches Mind of Mencia?

That show is so funny. I rember the episode where he stated all the ethnicity of the army and what they did in the military?

    He's funny sometimes. I like the sketches. But when he's just talking and starts acting like a retard, well, he really does seem like a retard. Overall, the show is a bit dumbed down for my tastes. Sorry.

    Carlos Mencia is a Dave Chappel wannabe. He thinks that he is smart and that he has all the solutions but he's a dumbass. No offense
