Mozilla browser won't save a page/website for offline viewing. Any fixes I can try?

I set Mozilla to save websites to my desktop but it won't. I tried saving on new folders that I created but it still won't do it. Does this have anything to do with XP SP2?

Simple answer is to use the ScrapBook extension for Firefox. It's truly awesome.
