Nope but if the PC is networked it will cause MS Photo editor to crash when trying to print from File>Print
Word perect is nearly the same as MS Office MS Word uses the same Background as word perfect, Word perfect was bought by Corell from Microsoft, There is minor conflicts that are fixed by a restart of the programme, You can even convert a MSword docco to WP no worries
