Do america beer distributor sell 40 oz malt liquor or is it liquor stores?

It depends on which state you live in. In Pennsylvania, for example, you can get 40's at distributers, by the case, or alot of the time individually from a bar. In alot of other states, such as New York and Texas, however, you can buy beer right in gas stations, and convenience stores, and these locations also usually have 40's of most brands (Budweiser, Coors Light, Old English, etc.)

Malt Liquor is beer that has a higher percentage of alcohol than regular beer. The higher alcohol means that it can't be marketed as beer, but must be called malt liquor. If the product says beer on the lable, then it has the same alcohol percentage as regular beer.
