What are Vietnamese wedding customs?

I am getting married to a Vetnamese woman in Vietnam, and can use some suggestions in how to contend with the wedding customs.

    One custom for the wedding is feeding the dragon. Place envelopes on the dinner tables for people to place money in (coins are fine). When the dragon enters (men in dragon costume), everyone walks up and puts the envelopes in its mouth. Dinner is not served until after this ritual.
