    well, it is a spanish holiday i know for sure. it is to celebrate the ancestors that died in the family. people dont go around scaring poeple but to cheer them up because of the deaths of ancestors. "El Dia De Los Muertos" means day of the dead. well, thats all i know. go to google.com or something to find more info.
