How come conservatives love to cry "freedom" when they're feeling patriotic...?

...but love to restrict personal freedoms like what we can do with our own bodies, freedom of speech and the press, and what we can produce or watch on TV?

I think most conservatives would not want to restrict freedoms in the areas you indicated, except for abortion which they view as murder. Conservatives think patriotism and military strengh are important to keep our country free (from take over by a foreign power). Conservatives want to conserve the culture that made this country great and so they challenge some things they see as needlessly provocative or damaging ie coarse language, smutty network television, etc. Actually I see more liberals attacking freedom of speech and press: the radio talk show announcer who made the joke about the Jihad, all of the politcal correctness in our speech and the renaming of schools because they were named after slaveowners, or banning the displaying of the Confederate Flag or the singing of "Dixie". In other words they are for "diversity", but if the "diversity"doesn't fit their viewpoint they are for banning it.

I guess you could call it a double standard. Everyone of course wants to look good to everyone else whether what they say is what they actually believe

I would say for the same reason liberals scream "COMPASSION" while they are raising my taxes so I have a harder time feeding my family and providing clothing and shelter for them.
