how long do you have to wait before you can start answering ?s again?

I just found this thing, and I know a lot of answers to peopls ?s but because Im new I can only do so much. how long does it take to reset, so I can answer more ?s?

Im soooo bored!!! I hate football

Update:

I don't HATE football... I just don't like waching it, but all of my friends, and even my boss is waching it, and I have nothing to do!!! It is so frustrating!

    Oh man, I so remember when I was limited! It drove me nuts. But after midnight pacific time it will be a new day and you can start answering to your heart's content again. Nice to have you here! Don't you just love it?? :)

    Just until tomorrow. When you get to level 2 you can answer 40 questions a day.

    The counter is reset at midnight, PST, so if you're on the east coast - that's 3am. Do you want to stay up that late on a school night? ;-)
