My husband does it all the time and he can cough in his sleep and talk in his sleep...
He is a barrel of fun when I am trying to sleep...

Sure you can- sneezing is caused by an irritation in the nasal passages (I think) they can be irritated while you are sleeping.

Dear, consult a doctor; dad had this problem and his doctor prescribed him an effective medication.
Don't do as mistaken others do by asking for opinions in such health related issues.
