Is it possible to generate electricity from a rotating motor already power by electricity ?

    Yes. It is just not possible to generate more electricity than that motor consumes.

    Sure: Couple an electric (DC) motor to another, and the driven motor becomes a generator. If you hoping for a perpetual motion machine, fugeddaboudit.
