Why is it that there is no foreigner in the east conference selection for the nba All Stars game??

The best foreign player in the East is Zydrunas Ilgauskas. He is a center. The two centers that made it for the East were Ben Wallace and Shaquille O'Neal. Ilgauskas has had a phenomenal year, showing the ability to take over games. But Ilgauskas, who plays for the Cavaliers, is overshadowed by Lebron James and maybe even Larry Hughes. It is difficult for coaches to vote in Ilgauskas over Wallace because coaches all know how Wallace can change the complexion of a game in interior defense.

Not as many good foreigners play in the east

The only good foreigner in the East is Peja but i guess he got traded to late or maybe is not haveing as good of year
