Any brick collectors out there?

I collect bricks. I have a couple that have TEXAS stamped across the face, but I can't find out what brick factory produced them or when. I know they didn't come from Thurber, but that's all I've been able to find out so far. Does anyone know where these bricks were made? Any ideas about how old they are? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

I have a hard time believing that I am the only brick collector around.

lol, ummmm... i don't collect bricks, but i know of a library around me that has ppl who donated money honered by putting their names in bricks on their walkway. You might find a place like that, recently done preferably and ask them who they had do it for them...
