I would like to know what transgender people have do they have a male organ or female one ,do they have boobs?

It depends on which way they're going. If a male-to-female: they'll usually take estrogen pills that encourage the growth of breasts. For genitals, a false vagina is made from the penis. They don't have female internal organs, but outwardly the appearance can look very close.

By definition Transgender means from one the other. This could be Male to Female, or Female to Male.

Depends on if they are male-to-female or female-to-male, and how far along they are in the process. Some simply have a personal identity that does not match their genetic sex. Some cross dress, or even seek surgery to change their sexual characteristics, and are then know as transsexuals.

And the word is "breasts."
