    None, Frankin is 100 times smarter than Bu$h and Cheney added. Bu$h has a IQ of about 80. Clintons was 180. Al Frankin is far above most. He's worth about $100 million.

    Bu$h and Cheney were both invited to go Quail hunting with David Letterman. Cheney said yes, Bu$h declined and said " I am not that stupid".
