How do I make a photocast for my ipod?

Can someone let me know how you make them without having a Mac or paying for any Apple software?

    Currently Photocasts have very little to do with iPods. What you can try doing is looking for Photos and RSS.

    (and BTW, a Mac mini is only $499)

    Well you have to have some tpye software to record it weather it be Apple of program like Sound Forge From Sony.
