Has any one been on the cruise ship carnival Valor?

I've been on the ship. Overall it is very nice, especially for a Carnival cruise. Carnival is the lowest cost cruise line and many times it shows that. But, this cruise ship was very nice for the carnival line. You may want to go here: http://cruisecritic.com/reviews/review.cfm?ShipID=... to find some reviews on the ship. But for the price, I don't think it can be beat.
As far as what to do. This really depends on what you like and which itenarary you are taking. There are several excursions on land that are a lot of fun if that is what you want to do. But I find for my first trip it is kind of fun to go on my own to see what I can discover.
