We are supposed to send our son to Sweden. He is willing to enter the first class govermental university of engineering.
We have never been to sweden so far & don't know that country
We'd like to get some useful information about that country,
e.g. how to live & get job. how to enter the famous
govermental university, as a forigner.
We'd like to have a list of the first class govermental universities of Sweden & their email addresses.

I don't know what you mean by "first class governmental university," but the engineering schools in Sweden are Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (The Royal Technical Institute), Chalmer's University of Technology, and Blekinge University of Technology.  All universities in Sweden except a couple very specialized ones offer engineering programs and they are all of excellent quality, definitely better than American schools.  It's really not necessary to choose a school which specializes in engineering in order to get the good quality education.

For your son to be accepted, he will need to prove that he can speak excellent English.  If he is going to study his whole degree there, he will also need to be fluent in Swedish.
