Using Mandalas in therapy?

Does anyone have any techniques for using Mandala drawing in a small group setting? Any structured ideas to use when having children draw Mandalas?

    Get some photcopies of uncoloured mandalas,

    let them choose one,

    get a load of felt tip coloured pens and

    let them dive in and colour there own.

    Talk about 'symmetry' before hand ,see if they can make their mandalas symetrical

    talk about how a symetrical image differs from one which isn't.

    etc

    just tell them to do what feel right to them, express their inner feelings, and dont be afraid to open up. Structure is hard with this one. It should probably be structured only as far as they have insturmnets to do it.
