The fact that you're still living, says you're good at something. Try to find something you enjoy doing. If you like what you're doing, you'll probably be good at it.

You just do!! We are all not perfect, and sometimes, life gives us a lot of things to struggle with. This is just so that we can be better prepared to handle bigger issues that we will face in the future. You are not a failure and you are not worthless. No matter how beat down you feel, push yourself to make that effort. You will be surprised at will go right and make you feel on top of the world. And I am not telling you this because I am some Polly Anna that has not experienced struggles, because I have, and was even told by some people that that was the only thing that I would be capable of doing -- struggle, but everyday, I am doing my best to keep it moving and prove them wrong. Love yourself for who you are and accept the things that you can not change and be wise enough to know of the things you can. Keep telling yourself in the mirror every chance you get -- I love you and I am proud of who you are. I believe in you and you can accomplish anything. It takes time, but things will start to look brighter and better. Best wishes!!

You keep putting one boot in front of the other, that's how. Start by not feeling sorry for yourself. If you think you have it bad, you should go check out an old folks home, or an intensive care facility. You'll see people who make you look like the picture of good health and happiness. Life ain't easy, it takes a lot of hard work. However if you make efforts, some will pay off. You have computer access, use it to look for a job, a friend, whatever you need. Get busy.

first of all, let me say that i used to think that i was worthless too, but then you just have to look for something you're good at. it may be anything, you may have a good sense of humor, or may be a good person, just anything. it takes some time to find that there are people worse than you and you're definitely not worthless. maybe what you're trying is not your cup of tea. try something else.
now i believe in some words of wisdom that almost always turns out to be true.
" when you ask something of life,
life says 'yes' and gives it to you.
life says 'no' and gives you something better.
life says 'wait' and gives you the best that it has."
just have patience and hang in there. it's always the storm before the calm.good luck.

I have felt the way you are feeling, so I understand. However, one thing I have discovered is eventually, it WILL get better. I'm not sure what has happened to you to make you feel this way, but whoever/whatever it was is not worth letting it get the best of you. You are better than that. I know some may think this is kind of cheesy, but there are some really good websites that you can visit to help you. I believe you can search 'self help' and get many. I did this myself and it helped me realize several things, but most of all I saw that others were in my position and there were people who were worse off than I was and still made it. Have faith in yourself and be strong. You can get through whatever it is.

nobody is worthless. Everything you do in life is a challenge. and when something fails, its a learning lesson. Never think you are worthless because you are not. Keep thinking I am better than this and I will succeed.

First of all, you are not worthless. Everyone is unique and has their own story to tell. The trick is finding the patience to let things naturally fall in place. Some of our greatest inventors have had more failures than successes.

First of all, no one is worth more or less than anyone else. I mean this, I'm not just trying to mke you feel better. Take a break from trying to "achieve" anything material and just focus on being a good/kind/helpful person. That is more achievement than many people ever realize.

Well, you have to realize everyone feels that way at some time. It's part of life and sometimes you just have to let go. Exercise, go to a party, volunteer at a homeless shelter, get a pet. Pet's are awesome, they always love you and never judge you. To them your a success.
