Ever have a "D'oh" moment?
Accidently delete a save, save over another save, FORGET to save, forget to do an important side quest, etc, etc. Simply put, what is the dumbest thing you ever did in a video game, only to realize it seconds later?

Ummmm I accidentally put my gameboy in the microwave and fried the save file on the game that was in the gameboy at the time. Even worse the sound system was destroyed. At least it didn't blow up!
