They have different actions on the body. They can block fat. They can speed up metabolism. They can increase elimination (make you go to the bathroom more). No matter which one(s) you try, try to keep eating healthy. And let your health care provider know you're trying to lose weight. Avoid caffeine-containing supplements. Caffeine depletes calcium from a woman's bones, & acidifies the body, promoting a less healthy state. Check out your local health food store & ask for the most popular selling ones.

I have found that Ephedra products work the best for most people. Ephedra is a completely safe form of Ephedrine. It's used to burn fat and also a dietary supplement. 1 lady came in and tried an Ephedra product and lost 60 pound in 3 months with the help of diet. Different things work for different people. GOOD LUCK!

Fat burning supplements are chemicals. Some can be dangerous to your health with serious side effects. Please don't take them. My mom took some back in the 90's that were pulled off the market. She developed heart troubles and passed away. I know it sounds harsh but she thought they were safe. Just work out and eat well. Working out 5-6 days a week is great!

They don't work.
To loose weight, you must consume fewer calories than you expend through exercise.
