Tips for giving a speech?

Always make good eye contact all around the room and not just at one person make it interesting in whatever your talking about be enthusiastic speak clearly and try not to show that you are nervous even if you are you could make a joke out of it this all depends on what type of speech it is and what the crowed is

If you are an adult, look for a "Toast Masters" club in your area. They help develope speaking and writing. Also the best way is to pratice and just do it.

If you are a student, take a speech class or join the debate team.

practice talking to yourself...yes i know it sounds weird..but it works...talk to yourself in front of a mirror...and when you DO give the speech be confident...so confident that you can go out there and look any person in that crowd in the eye and still give your speech
