It's well known that these types of toys are dangerous and should never be used in offices

You should be able to get them from a site in the UK (like Firebox or something) and get them to ship it over to Australia. As far as I can see you can't get them locally.
They might also fall under some sort of law against importing dangerous weapons. ;)
