Which Captain from Star Trek would you most like to serve with? and Why?

You're choosing from Captain Kirk, Captain Picard, Captain Sisko, Captain Janeway, or Captain Archer.

I'm also a big Sisko fan. Kirk was too reckless...if you weren't a member of the senior staff. Picard was too wishy washy from time to time. Janeway was Janeway. Sisko was the all around good guy.

Oh, that's a hard choice - I like them all, even though they all have different leadership styles. Can I just transfer from ship to ship and spend time with each one?

I'm a big fan of Picard and Janeway, but I'm going to have to vote for the one nobody has mentioned yet - Benjamin Sisko. I like how he never backed down from a fight, even when the odds were very much against him. He just gave his opponent that "don't mess with me" look and went at it. The first time I realized he was a formidable opponent was when he first met Kira and she soon realized she had underestimated this man from the Federation when he said, "Go over my head again, and I'll have yours on a platter!" Loved that. Also, he and I are both baseball fans. And besides, he is "The Sisko" - the messiah of the Bajoran prophets.

    Captain Picard.

I'm voting him vs kirk because I have only seen the original and next gen. I enjoy the first series as equally as the next gen, but I like Picard's character a little more. A bit more strict, but also quite personable.

Favorite episodes of both would be the trouble with tribbles in TOS, fav scene when Kirk is talking with Scott on "Who threw the first punch", and in Next Gen is when Picard was invited to the Admirals Banquet and he was trying to find a way to avoid going when the ship gets infested with metal parasites. He managed to get lucky in his excuse, making it his seventh avoidance of the banquet!

I vote for Picard, with Kirk in second place. The others I cannot vote on because I have yet to watch those series, but can't spare the time anymore. wish I could, but I can't.

    Also, I like his accent.

Captain Janeway. She was the best one hands down. She was smart and she knew how to run her ship. Plus you can tell she really cared about her crew. She was a good in a fight and she could talk her way out of anything.

Picard. He was the most level headed. He seemed to care about his crew but he also knew how to make the hard decisions. Plus, really hot for an older man.

Captain Picard. I would lure him into the holideck and molest him in an array of times and places. After I had tired of him telling me to "Make it so" I would then go and get me a lil somthin somthin from Wesley Crusher and Data

Picard all the way! He's got such a great voice and accent! That was my favorite of all the Star Trek spin-offs.

Kirk, he was the most like an old-time explorer. Plus eh didn't have to fight the Borg and had more drinking parties.

Captain Picard, I like bald men and his accent. Just me him and the stars, he would be my sex slave going where..... can't finish it's too cliche'. But he is just too cute, plus he's old, i've just always liked old bald men. lol

the best answer isn't listed. That would be Capt. Kerr of the Klingon fleet. He didn't take any crap from anyone. And, no, I don't speak Klingon. I don't even know how to spell it.
