Do you listen to music as therapy?
I love music (who doesnt?), and I believe for me the right kind can be very theraputic at times (and better than payin' a shrink 500 bucks an hour)...I was just wondering...am I the only person that feels that way? And if you feel the same way I do, what music do you listen to when youre sad, angry, happy, confused, or just plain bored? As for myself, when Im sad; anything by Nirvana or Evanescence...Angry; Korn, Metallica, or System of A Down; Happy; pretty much anything, and the same for bored...as of late, ive been listening to alot of S.O.A.D, Korn, Rage Against the Machine,Godsmack, Nine Inch Nails, and Greenday...SIGH, Ive been kinda pissed off lately...lol...

Definitely. I am generally a happy person so the pop music (anything)of the time fits my personality. I do get satisfaction from an aggressive, heavy or dark music now and then. Sometimes when I don't feel like listening to anyone sing about life(good or bad), I listen to classical music. Just instruments. It can be pleasing or sad. Either way, it can stimulate your own imagination.

I think music is very theraputic. You can listen to it any time, with any mood, but when I'm angry or sad, it is the best way for me to chill out.

you need to speak with a councilor or therapist. Social anxieties left by skill of myself worsen before than they get more advantageous. (inner most experience). the plain incontrovertible actuality that your posting this tell me your some distance from being an fool. smart people p.c. out that somethings do no longer seem suited -- and smarter people do regardless of about it. so that you in undemanding words took the well-known enormous step. So Kuddo's to you! edit: oh yea... Im to no longer prepared on people both (esp men)... although operating on it. Your now no longer by skill of myself.
