Getting married in Las Vegas?
Next year my wife and I will have been married 25 years and are thinking of renewing our wedding vows in Las Vegas. All we want is a simple but good service. Can anyone reccomend one, which thought was very good. There will be only the two of us, so we will probably have to drag so witnesses off the street.

Congratulations on 25 years of marriage! What an accomplishment.
My husband and I were married at the Forever Grand Wedding Chapel at the MGM Grand. We have nothing but good things to say about them. They were wonderful. MGM offers web casting so the family back home can watch.
Another tip though, don't underestimate how many family and friends may want to join you in Vegas. (If you actually want anyone to). We had alot of family who came out with us that I never thought would.
Have a great time and enjoy yourselves.

I recently attended a wedding on the Strip and I was quite happy with how things were arranged by the bride. She hosted the wedding party at MGM grand which included a honeymoon suite for the night. The guests were roomed at the Luxor and the NYNY (both hotels at under $150 per night) - This allowed freedom for the bride to party with the girls for a great bachelorette party and vise-versa for the guys. The wedding guests were not intimidated by the price of either hotel and were grateful for the choices rather than the "must stay" approach. The bride and groom stayed at the MGM Grand the night of the services, and the next day met up with the rest of the group for a final brunch, some guests stayed longer some went home - I unfortunately live here - so I didn't get the chance to experience it first hand, but from what I heard throughout the 4 days, all were very happy with the arrangements.

My husband and I were married in Vegas 10 years ago :0 there are so many romantic places to choose from. I suggest you go to the major casinos websites to see thier wedding chapels. I love this one

This hotel is full of romance, there is an art gallery fountains, pool, shopping, beautiful dinning.
Just make sure you stay out of some of the grimy little chapels on the strip. All of the casinos and little chapels alike provide witnesses.
We were JP'ed and there was a witness who was paid just to sign her name :)

usually the chapels in Vegas have witnesses, so you won't have to drag anyone off the street! when we got married in vegas, we went through the yellow pages. just pick a place that's offering what you're looking for...they have pretty extensive ads.
Congratulations for being married 25 years!

I have never been there but that sounds like a really good idea, my friends got married there at a drive-thru and the cab driver was the witness

Try one of the Elvis Chapels..They are lots of fun..But if you don't like him, I suggest you go to one of the big motels, on the strip..Good Luck, on your 25th anniversary..
