stay far away from drugs, alcohol, and people that pressure you. figure out what you love about yourself now, and what things you want to change in the future. work on realizing that you are the greatest gift - to yourself and to the world. it takes time, so be patient. keep your head up and remember your accomplishments.

The easiest way to love yourself is to be true to yourself always. being true to yourself gives you the person time to be the person that you are.
