Need advice for using hops to make yeast for bread.?
I am trying to make tasty hard rolls. Every batch I make seems to taste just like plain white bread. Normally I use unbleached flour, granulated yeast, salt, water, bit of sugar, sometimes olive oil. So, I am going to try to make yeast of hops to try to improve the flavor. Any advice?

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do, but the above answer is correct, hops and yeast have nothing to do with each other, except they are both used in beer making. Hops also tend to have a very bitter taste, not what I would recommend for bread, either. Perhaps you could try a different recipe??

I don't think it will work. Hops is a plant, yeast is a living organism. Try some honey in your mix, wiil give a little bit of flavor and something else for the yeast to eat.
