can you help me about a mail order issue?

i tried to order something online from NERDS.NET... i paid over 30.00 dollars for overnight shipping... they werent able to send it out on time, but still charged me... i never recieved my product... they still havent credited my account... what are my options? they gave me some excuse that the product was undeliverable, which was obviously a lie

i need more detail then just "suing" them. i need specifics... like who do i contact besides the company cause they are being uncooperative... any numbers for government agencys i can contact about this?

    Contact the head of their company. Send letters of complaints, report them as abusing and demand your money back. Pretty much be a persistant bastard until they refund you and tell them that they've lost your business and you'll tell everyone you know not to do business with them.
