Depends on what's causing them to clog. If it's earwax, best just to get an earwax cleaner from the pharmacy. They're cheap enough. If it's due to allergies, fluid will build up in the inner ear. A decongestant would be the thing for that. If it's due to changes in air pressure, due to traveling, flying, or wild swings in the weather, then try chewing gum, and yawning and see if your ears pop clear that way. Don't hold you nose and try blowing... that might work for some people, but that's a good way of blowing out your ear drums, and that could be a lot of trouble for you if that happens.

Clean 'em out. If you are referring to excessive earwax, you can lie down on your side, drop a capful of peroxide in your ear and let it bubble until the bubbling almost stops. Then turn your head and let it run out. This softens the wax so it will come out better. Never, ever use a Q-Tip, you only push the wax in further causing impacted wax on your eardrum. If you are REAL careful you can use a hairpin (like a bobbie pin) to grab the earwax and get it out. Don't push the hairpin in too far or you could damage your eardrum.
