Its not too bad - its definitely on the up and has had quite a lot of money spent on it in recent years. Reckon buying a house there would be an investment as they are spending millions of pounds over the next few years and there's even talk of a university. I grew up there and have lots of family still down there - have happy memories of strolling along the sea front!

i know hastings.its very nice quite upmarket in some areas,i live about an hour from there.
