"Hinds Feet on High Places", I must have read it at least 200 times, and all "Nancy Drew" books, "Anne of Green Gables" is one of the best. I also love "Eragon" and "Eldest".

I read most of the classics in college, and loved every book I read, what a hard question! Well, except one, I must admit "Heart of Darkness" was a little boring. The book is supposed to be so sophisticated so I can't say that in polite company. I also enjoy Plato's works.

My favorite book would have to be "Anne of Green Gables" the whole series for that matter, if I give it my honest answer. Dear Lord in heaven, why such a childish unimportant book for an educated man? Because when I read it I go to a better place, the world we could live in and no longer have at present. It reminds me that we don't always progress in humanity. It also soothes my racing mind so I can sleep.

The Satanic Mill, a book I bought waaaayy back in the '70s. It's a kids' book about Miller's men who practice Black Magic (as well as grinding flour) in sixteenth-century Germany. Still love reading it today, although I'm far from being a kid any more...

    The Wakefield Dynasty Series.

I wish I could find the rest of it. I had to stop at book 7 or 8.

My favorite book would have to be J.D. Salinger's Catcher in the Rye. That Holden... he's quite a character.
