Why not block that id? (Contact -> Contact Options -> Ignore User)
I don't have a box open, but isn't there a "report abuse" button that comes up?

Go to your yahoo homepage click on help and follow the prompts to the abuse complaint form.
have his i.d written down and write in quotes of the type of things that are being said
