Why do I want to eat more during my cycle?

I realize that I always want to eat more during my cycle. I eat almost double the size of what I usually eat. There's bad for my weight =(

    Its all in the hormones....I don't know any woman that doesn't crave more during her cycle. I sometimes feel guilty about how much I eat....but is it within our control? Just enjoy it! lol

    its your hormones going haywire . dont worry too much about it. it is normal
