on the screen right click mouse, select properties. u'll see desktop. select that then below select the option customize desktop. there u'll see recycle bin icon (full?empty). just click on that then select the button below labeled browse. there will be alot of icons to choose from

Right click on the icon and click on properties. Click on 'change icon' in middle down and choose from the icons shown. Don,t forget to click on 'Apply' once ur over.

Right click on the icon, select "Properties", then you should see a "change icon" button.

One way is Download Desktop Themes im not sure if these thenes are supposrted by all OS.
