but first you have to correctly answer this riddle:
a guy wanted to enter a club but didnt know the password, so he hid in a bin so he could listen to what the others said when they had to give the password. when a guy came, an usher waiting at the door called out the number "twelve" and the guy replied with "six" and he was let in. another guy came up and the usher called out the number "twenty" and the guy replied with "ten", he was also let in. feeling confident of what he had to do, the guy came out of the bin and approached the usher, the usher called out the number "thirty" and the guy replied "fifteen", but this guy was not let in. what number should he have said?

10... they should divide the number with the smallest possible number in such a way that it will obtained a whole number between 1-10, in case of 30 division by 2 is not possible so it should be divided into 3

Hmmm... not sure about this one, but it could be that they're using a base of 6 to calculate the code (for those who don't know that essentially means you multiply the 10s by 6 and add the units, at least for numbers under 100)and then they deduct 2 to find the answer.
So 12 would equal 8 (1x6+2), if you deduct 2 you get 6 and 20 would equal 12 (2x6+0) if you deduct 2 you get 10.
30 therefore equals 18 (3x6+0) and deduct 2 you get 16.
So I make the answer 16, doh! people have already said that but do they know the reason?

Well i think its about the amount of letter in the answers.Twelve,twenty,and thirty have all 6 letter in the word. Both ten and six have 3 letters in the word. So i have to guess "two"
