It's been said, but the Ocarina of Time. Here's my reasoning: There is SO much to do in that game. Beat it. Collect the skulltulas. Get all the heart pieces. Get the four bottles. Catch the record fish (twice!). It never gets old. I've played it for 11 hours straight. In my opinion, it is not only the best Zelda game, but also the best game for N64 period. Followed closely by James Bond: Goldeneye and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. All revolutionary games. Windwaker and the very original Zelda game take second and third respectively.
