Who makes up answers when answering these questions?

Who makes up questions when asking these questions? The same people who ASK also ANSWER. The public asks the questions and the public answers the questions. It doesn't really matter if the answers are right or not. That's up to the asker himself/herself to decide if the answers given are truthful enough. You just have to trust your own instincts.

I myself try to answer the questions that I can,honestly and precise. But if its a stupid one,like How do I get a Hot wheels car out of my butt? I just think of what would be funniest,I answered ,with a Hot wheels tow truck. It was voted best answer.

Everyone, from all over answers these questions... Hopefully everyone answers truthfully and has some idea of what they are talking about. But everyone should always remember...

"DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU HEAR OR READ". If it sounds "CRAZY" or "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" it probably is!
