I am not a woman obviously but I just have to say I don't think a man will tell you he has a penis implant unless its like spotting a toupee. If there is something strange about a mans penis I think the woman would ask questions though.

Men are very visual, or so says my Cosmo. I know alot of guys who think fake boobs are nasty, but that doesn't stop them from looking. I think there's often something else attractive about the woman with fakes that keeps the guy interested. I think that a penis implant would be a turn off for me, but I also think breast implants are unattractive in many people. I think it also depends on how shallow the guy is, what they're looking for (one night stand vs. long term, matching his and her towels, and the pitter patter of little feet) and what he's attracted to.

You girls need to grow up, that is extremely shallow. Penis implants are not "cosmetic surgery" which just proves your ignorance. They are a surgical correction for E D.

personally, i could, but I guess it would depend on the type of implant. My boyfriend has a fairly large ring at the tip of his penis, and I have no problems with that. I know thats not the same, but it's a form of modification.
