Definitely NGK
I recommend their V-power option to all my customers.
Costs a little more but I never have had one defective.

The best type of spark plug depends on alot on how you drive your car.You can go to an autoparts store and tell them your driving habits, whether you do alot of city stop and go or freeway driving and the mileage depends also the type of plug.Talk to a mechanic or a parts store. They can help you the most. You might need a hotter range plug or a colder range plug. What your owners manual might not be right for your car.

I agree w/Mikey. I only out factory olugs in cars at all costs. The factory plugs in Hondas are NGKs. They are great plugs. I seen too many problems w/ using other manufacturer plugs.

NGK spark plugs are a really good brand for all kind of import cars. They probably even come pregapped for your car. They even make performance plugs if you ever want to beef up that 4 cylinder.

The Hayne's Manual suggests NGK or Nippon Denso at a gap of 1.1mm for Civics
It doesn't really matter what kidn of plugs you get, they all work pretty much the same...They won't add/remove power...
