This is for high school students. How many of y'all actually tell the person that you like that you like them? Do you wait for them or do you go up to them and tell them? And when you like someone, how do you act around them?

*sighs* I'm a freshman in highschool. I have this great guy friend, and I just plain out told him that I liked him. Wow it was that simple. Then I previously told this one guy that I liked him (just came out and said it). But i can't say I always just tell guys I like how I feel.
The first guy i mentioned didn't like me back.. so i moved on. But now I'm falling for him all over again, and this time its not so easy to tell him, i can't because of the situation. But give them a chance some ppl (doesnt matter the age) are just shy.

I'm going to answer anyway.
Back when I was your age (which wasnt too long ago actually), I wouldn't tell the person that I like that I like them in a straightforward manner. Its all in my body language. I give him my fullEST attention, give him wider smiles than for the rest of the guys and have more eye contact with him. Of course, I don't do these on purpose.If it was done on purpose, that would be called 'playing games'. This is actually my natural reaction to somebody I like a lot. If that guy isnt dense in the head, he would definitely realize that you have the hots for him. And then, things would all come naturally. If he likes you back, then things would naturaly fall into place. If he doesn't, things STILL would naturally fall into place but in a negative way, to which you can handle cos you're still young and there's plenty of good looking fishes in the sea..

Oh.. but I was in high school a few years ago.
I won't tell my crush I had feelings for him. I'd rather wait for him to come up to me. But I am kinda inspired when he's around.

when i was in high school, i either didn't say anything to the girl i loved, or I emailed her. I never told any of them face-to-face.
