Basically, Lex told Lana about seeing his mother he lied and said that his mother told him how proud she was of her son and Lana said that she had a lot to be proud of. Basically, Lana and Lex will end up together. Lana and Clark was more of Just making sure your okay and we will be friends.

Lana appears to be falling for Lex. Clark is upset that Lionel knows his secret. Lana and Clark are not very close anymore.
