An easy way to do this would be to check a website like Citysearch ( http://www.citysearch.com/ ) choose Los Vegas as your city and search on your criteria. Anecdotally I heard that Bobby Flay opened a Mesa Grill in Vegas which would probably be a good bet.

there is lot of places to move! in case you visit Rosemont you may move to Rams activities bar and grill! the ambience is great and the eating position is fairly sparkling. Its excellent on Higgins and River Rd. also you may try Giordano's! Chicago's well known crammed pizza also around the nook of Rams. yet extremely move for Giordano's, because considering he's popping out of city it truly is advisable to commence with a very good chicago keepsake of a reliable warmth crammed pizza.

Olives in the Bellagio is quiet and the food is excellent.

Fiammas at the MGM.... fantastic italian median location in the city and professional yet relaxed setting

Not sure what time they open but Capital Grill down my the mall is nice and always quiet. Formal!
