Yes they could. I'v seen it work. Besides, we're all human anyway and if we it'll lead to more understanding of another person's way of doing things then it's a good thing

They can easily work. I live in England and interracial relationships are normal here for some. My last ex-girlfriend was Welsh. We didn't have any race problems at all...she was just a B"TCH in the end......

Yes, they do. As with all relationships, the factors for its success depend mainly on the strength of the partners' love for each other, their commitment to make the relationship work, their level of maturity and compatibility, etc. There will be differences definitely but if they truly love each other, these differences will seem almost negligible.
