What are the laws of adopted sibling marrying?

NO! Before everyone starts berating me...I just wanted to know after watching "The Royal Tenebaums" the other night, if this was at all leagal in America...I AM NOT INTO INCEST!!!!!!

    Adopted siblings are no more allowed to marry than blood siblings. It is illegal in every state.

    Well, if we can learn anything from Woody Allen, it's legal to marry your adopted daughter. I guess that would make siblings fair game as well.

    Besides, it's not incest if there is no blood relation.

    EDIT: I am guessing here. I see an answer below contradicting my assumption. I would listen to him in this case.
