Norton Ghost only makes a copy of your harddisk. it can not set right the boot problem.

Norton Ghost wont't help. Its for cloning(copying) process.
It can copy drive to drive and image to drive.
You need bootable windows setup cd to start your pc.
Else there may be problem in BIOS.
